The Magnete mission statement was updated in 2022, and is proudly displayed in our office. We aim to be the best and most trusted organisation for in-depended FOG Control advice. These are our core values:

We believe that our reputation as a trusted industry Expert is our most valuable asset, so it is vital that our advise is always of the highest quality.
Whether during a on site survey, talking to us over the phone, email correspondence, or reading our apps and web services, anyone consuming Magnete content should have confidence that the advice is from a credible and reliable partner.Fat, Oil and Grease Industry in the UK has never been under greater scrutiny, and that's why every grease management expert for Magnete must understand the legal and regulatory framework in which we operate and our own in-house guidelines and practices.
We know that social media plays an increasingly important role in our daily working lives and it is important that we apply the same standards to all of our content on whichever platform we share it.
Diversity
Our ambition is to be the industry leader for inclusion both on screen and behind the scenes.We work closely with independent grease contractors, consultants and a number of external organisations, such as the Foodservice Equipment Association (FEA) and National Fish Fryer Federation (NFFF), to fully represent the industry.

Corrections policy
We expect our experts to be accurate at all times, but we are only human, and sometimes mistakes are made. That is why we have an established process for dealing with mistakes quickly and appropriately.Anyone having a complaint can get in touch by emailing office@magnete.co.ukWe actively monitor the Magnete inbox at all times. If someone does contact us to query or challenge a fact we have published, we will take detailed notes . Rather than engaging in a discussion we will make a note of their details and the time of the call, and refer it to the Director.
